Childrens books by BB

Post by Hovis »

I have read “little grey men” to my lad on a few occasions now but was wondering if any of you chaps could recommend and more children’s books by BB (or maybe others). It’s a delightful read that captivated both of us. I would like to continue reading to the little fella until he is old enough to start reading them for himself and this sort of book is perfect.

Mods please move this post if I have put this in the wrong section.

funnily enough, I read "Bill Badger & The Wandering Wind" yesterday

Its fairly short compared to "The Little Grey Men" but I really enjoyed it.

Today Ive just started "Down the Bright Stream" (The sequel to the little grey men) thats a must read if you read the first one.
& ive got "Brendon Chase" on its way, which I hear is very good.

I agree with NE - 'Down the Bright Stream' is a lovely conclusion to 'Little Grey Men', and 'Brendon Chase' is a must.

the TV series version of Brendon Chase is on youtube, but I stopped watching it after 2 episodes, its a bit cheesy & naff to be honest (mostly the acting) & I didnt want to have it ruin my experience of the book, so im going to read the book first, then watch the rest of the series.

Try a search on Amazon for BB books, they show most of them at various prices. If its one book in particular just search for that title.

Good luck with your search.
