Walcot Estate Lake

This is a beautiful place and somewhere that is close to my heart. It used to be my favourite fishing spot but a combination of bad management and weed have spoiled this place for me over the years.

There's been arguements over the selling of day tickets and a general lack of information on whether the place is any good to fish anymore that have stopped me from going there. One end was owned by Ludlow AA and the other end was a BAA water. I wish it was managed a bit better than it is.

The end that was run by Ludlow is not syndicate run Matt, I have the number of the chap that runs it if you are interested, to find out the condition of the place. I agree that it is a spectacular water with great potential for those that put the hours in.
