that's good deal more money for that book than what you pay for it from little egret is it because its no 1 if it is I cant understand why you pay over 100 pound for the book to have number 1 written in it its madness

That seller is often mentioned by Catfish Chris in Classic Angling....

You could call it speculative!

Plenty of collectors out there willing to pay a hefty premium for number one of a limited edition.
