This is brilliant news-the new book out from Stuart and a typically generous gesture too. Its taken a while for Little Egret Press to sort the printer problem, but excellent books do eventually emerge-Tom does a nice binding and all is well set out, often with his line drawings. I've just received the new Tony Miles book from them (big fish from small streams) and that has been nicely produced too. My own book 'Secret River' is in the queue. There's a lot of angling nous in this forum, very generous nous too!

One of my birthday presents was just delivered by the postman. Having unwrapped it, it turned out to be this book.

A nice surprise for my birthday, the advantage of having a wish list - it was one of a number of angling books on my Amazon wish list.

Looking forward to reading it.
