Last time I fished the Eagle was when the manager of the Rising Sun was Shot... didn't go back after that... Joined the LAA and rode up to Glemsford loaded up with fishing gear on my Suzuki AP50, more fun when I borrowed my mates Yamaha YDS7... his bike had a rear rack and I could get a tent on it...

I was sorry when Yamaha stopped their beautiful obscure model identity and started putting engine sizes on their bike model.

I wonder if its the long gap, but I don't remember being that nervous in what was a fairly " busy" place- just the lovely fish

Me and my buddy were on the Eagle that fateful night and it kinda knocked our confidence... it was the last time we fished it... didn't do nights either again for a good 6 months
