It seems quite clear - and I hope it's true :Hat: - that Fennel's got hold of Redmire....I can't imagine what he means, otherwise....

I had an email from him on 9th Jan saying he had heard the pool was up for sale and did I know anything about it.
I can't imagine he has bought as he has only recently bought a cottage in North Wales but you never know...

I should imagine there is a big difference in property prices between the cotswolds and Mid Wales. Maybe he's used the short fall for a deposit on a big mortgage Nige?

If it is true it can't be bad news for Redmire.
