The landing net finally arrived today chaps, my photos do not do it justice.

The river was up about 3ft and really flowing through, hopefully by the end of the week it will have dropped somewhat.

Took my new net today for it's second outing and still haven't got it wet yet. Not particularly superstitious but I'm starting to wonder...
