I was recently doing some spring cleaning and found one of my dad's old fishing rods. The name says Dawson's of Bromley with the lighthouse also but the name on it is Seabur. I have scoured every corner of the internet looking for info regarding the pole. It is 8 ft long and has 2 sections. If anyone has any knowledge about it please let me know thanks.
Regards, T.
Have you heard of this rod?? Need help.

Welcome to the forum T. How clear is the label on the rod? I've just had a look around on the Intergoogle and found that they made an eight foot pike rod called the Burley. Could your rod be a similar rod but designed for boat work and maybe it's a 'Seaburley'?

The Idea of a Seaburley isnt too far fetched but the logo definitely says seabur. Thanks for the reply
