As per usual the Harrison/Watson clan will be escaping their normal homes over Christmas for a change of scenery and the choice this year is Mireystock House in The Forest of Dean at Lydbrook. As usual I took a glance at the rivers close by should I manage to escape for an early morning or afternoon/evening session.
I see I am close to the Wye and was wondering if anyone could point me toward a day ticket stretch close by where I may get my string pulled by something? I'm not asking for swims, just a stretch I can let the Christmas cobwebs flutter away from me.
I have only fished Wyesham and Bredwardine on the Wye, so my knowledge of the stretches is real limited.
P.M.'s are welcome.

Thanks Dave, think I may be sorted as Theo (Terry Theobald) has somewhere nice sorted to take me by the sounds of it.
