Hereward Books near Ely is high quality ; has a good stock of BB. Need to call to check open.

One of my favorite places is Hay-on-Wye. I could spend all day browsing the book shops and the antiques shops.

God never did make a more calm, quiet, innocent recreation than angling.

Not as good as it used to be there in the pre-internet shopping times.
I got one or two bargains at Hay on Wye in the early days. A copy of Jack Hargreaves "Fishing for a Year" in very good condition for £8 was one of the best.
