Fantastic - from my perspective both versions look good - make two - one of each then you can get spoiled for choice !

The twin handled approach reminds me of the first time I saw that style of handle on a carp rod - actually a matched pair of brown fibatube blanks with split cork handles and fished by the good Mr Jim Gibbinson in the early 1970's .....happy days....

I think it will have to be the traditional look,truthfully once I had seen the mock ups my mind was made up but allways good to get the views of you chaps
Now time to walk the dog,go pick up my new reading glasses and then get on with it.
