Just won a nice 1st edition of 'Fishing For Big Chub' by Peter Stone, another book I have wanted to own for a while now.

Well done, Sir.

I had to rearrange some books this weekend to fit in some recent purchases and found one shelf giving up the ghost due to the weight of books, now repaired.

I was lucky to find a mint copy of this book a few years ago at a car boot sale for £3.The CSG book are far more detailed but still a good look at one of his favourite species.

Read it years ago, and loved it. Will have to get a copy one of these days.

It was in my post box waiting for me when I came home from work tonight. Had a quick flick through and it does look a very interesting read, can't wait to get stuck into it. A very good copy and only £14.50, it looks like it's never been read.
