I'm going to go to wark avon barbel fishing i think its going to be tough as its quite cold tonight but we are going to give it a go ill post tomorrow night to let you know how we got on

well we arrived at the river midday i set up in the car park and fished pelet but didn't get a bite but the king fisher and the robin kept me company but i decided to move after an hour i walked to the weir and i fished above it in slightly deeper water i started to get knocks and pulls on the rod it was getting to the end of the day and i was about to give up when the rod wrapped around i had a barbel on i had it under my rod top when t lunged and the line went snap i was gutted it was real hard day and it was very cold so it was chance saloon and i messed up I'm going to change the line before i go again Image
