Cutlery

Post by Trilob »

I made a knife out of an old saw blade for in my tackle box. Now I need to start on a spoon and fork...

Also made a cutting board and duplicated a nice spatula. For in the kitchen, not the tackle box

Well done! I guess you deserve a wooden spoon for your efforts.

Saves having to fork out on new ones!

Nice work by the way.

I felt the earth beneath my feet
Sat by the river and it made me complete.

I like the knife a lot. Mine is a work in progress, I brought home a branch from Redmire and I'm hopefully going to carve it into a wooden spoon and a spatula, you've also given me the idea of making a knife and fork handle from the wood.

PS, the branch was already cut and stuck on a pile of cut wood from one of the work parties.

God never did make a more calm, quiet, innocent recreation than angling.

Good effort! I love a bit of whittling myself and have made various implements, a spatula is next on my list. Thanks for showing us..
