Bragging rights

Chaps please allow me to indulge in a little vulgarity of a little bragging .. My personal best chub of 7.12 caught yesterday from the river lee ... Had to travel 160 miles for that fish

Chaps ... I certainly dont get the chance to hook up to fish like this very often . I usually have a few days away at the beginning of march and this year the river lee beckoned. I fished with a pal who had three chub the previous day his biggest was an ounce bigger than this one.
This fish was my only one of the day.
It was 23.5 inches long and 16 inches round its girth.

its an utter pleasure to share it with you.
