Traditional tench windbeater lift float

Simple float and it works a treat on those days when you just can't hold that bait static.put a shot on that's too heavy for float,or a couple, 4 or 5 inches from hook, find depth so only red bobber on top of float is showing, then fish over depth a foot or two.bait hook, cast out and let wind pull the float down to the bobber.the black and white stripes make a lift bite unmissable.simples.
Don’t cast doubt,cast out.

Nice one. I especially like the decent length of stem below the body; too many commercial offerings have the centre of buoyancy so low that the float rocks and rolls in the slightest ripple. Not that it should matter fishing the lift method, but it looks far more versatile than that alone.

A double body both under water should negate the wobble.
