No Tench but..

Post by Aquaerial »

There was a proper ol' chop on the lake this evening

I knew I'd grabbed the wrong evening to start my Tench campaign but there is always a compensation.. the Bream love a bit of chop to the water..

I didn't net them up and this was the best of the bunch...so nice to feel the buzz of a possible Tench again even though by the time I packed up you could virtually surf the blimmin' lake.
Happy days,

Nice size bream :Thumb:

Although we have had a very mild winter again in the southern half of the UK , temperatures are generally poor ie few hard frosts but hardly any days with temperatures reaching double fugures, plus often northerly or easterly winds - so definitely not tench conditions - yet.
