Brilliant Vole - thank you so much for this tip. I found the book online and I am so looking forward to reading it. The Introduction alone has already whetted my appetite - incidentally Amazon have a hard copy available for £125 but I think I'll opt for the online version!
Trouble is, the fish just don't read the books......
