I have just ordered a copy of 'Angling Down The Years' by Peter Wheat, I don't have any of Peter's books so hopefully this is a good one.

The most precious places in the English landscape are those secretive corners,
where you find only elder trees, nettles and dreams. (BB - Denys Watkins-Pitchford).

Re: Angling Down The Years by Peter Wheat
This book is a collection of Peter's articles. I see him occasionally as he only lives 10 minutes down the road to me. Back in 2011 he said he had three book projects on the go, a barbel book that some may remember being promised by Medlar a very long time ago, a crucian book (?) and another book which may or may not be about fishing. Not sure of the current status of any of these books.
