Excellent review - bit optimistic though...before 2020?

I see there is a used copy of Winter Walk for sale at £142.14p plus postage. There is even a photo of the book cover. Am I in a parallel universe?

I spoke to Kev Parr yesterday and he told me Chris had hit a mental block but he's now found a new thread to write about and work will be continuing. I don't like to say too much.

God never did make a more calm, quiet, innocent recreation than angling.

He’s probably thought sod this it’s too cold...I’ll hibernate, see if anyone notices and then write a book about spring! :Chuckle:

Yep - Kingfisher is right. The wheels are finally turning.

Chris was waiting for a spark - something to set him off - and he has definitely found it. A new love affair and, as ever, some welcome serendipity.

As for timescale - well, I stand by my comment upthread. Probably not before 2020.....but you never know....
