Ferrule Stoppers

Post by Penninelad »

The attached wooden cord pulls can be bought very cheaply on EBay and they make ideal stoppers. They can be sanded down for middle section ferrules and bound with cork,if necessary, for butt sections ferrules. They work out at about a £1 each.Image

Hi Penninelad, funnily enough i was opening our bathroom blind
this morning and thought that the two wooden toggles on the
end of the ropes would make great ferrule stoppers.

What a superb find.

You can use them as is.

If you own a drill you can reshape to your desired end result.

In fact for non lathe users with a bit of creative flare, your world is indeed your lobster

Cheers Mark, well found :Thumb:
