I imagine every angler of a certain age has one in their box?! I know that I do. :Thumb: Ted

Thanks for putting up the photographs Ljm183 , its a very good idea, showing the differences. I wish I`d have kept my old reports & information from when I was working... :hairpull:
I remember, it must have been about 5 years ago, seizing a small box full of counterfeit Lensey presses, along with a few boxes at the bottom. They, the seller/s were so stupid, they had some of the boxes, which were still flat packed, in a another box in the boot of the car.. :club:

Michael do you remember any of the differences to the actual press, i have a few, all late models badged Lesney. I would like to think the press i bought today with the original box above is also original. It was in a general auction and came with an unused Winfield Fly Reel and 60,s Level wind casting reel.

Sad enough that there were copies already at this era but also are there a lot of typing errors in the German description. Mutated vowels are missing completely. I was about to let you know about the others but maybe some of you will find it fun to search for them?
