Not exactly sure what it is, but I'm told it spins lovely. Its 3 3/4" and I can't wait to use it. Should be with me tomorrow.....

Many didn't. Mine didn't but I one with a check that had a broken foot and backplate and swapped the bits from two reels to make one, seems to work ok but to be honest I only put it on when traveling.

I've seen a few of these on ebay recently that look in good nick and are reasonably priced.
Seemingly to good to be true, and as I also don't know much about them that put me off.
Is that where you got yours from Stu?

Yep, cost me £42, which was money well spent I think. Its christening will be at Redmire next week.

I wish you the best of fortune with a lovely looking reel, at the perfect venue for its christening next week. :Hat:
