A year or so ago Dave Austin sold a few sets of metal work for the nets – might be worth speaking with him to find out how he had these produced. They looked to be very good replicas of Walker's design. I think they sold for about £100.

Hi there Beresford. Coincidentally, I spoke with Dave A. just around the Christmas period on this very subject. He made a few but, at the risk of paraphrasing him a little, I think it fair to say that Dave found the whole experience a bit difficult in terms of the amount of effort needed vs cost and resource etc etc. and wouldn't want to enter this particular area again....I have some of Dave's other work and really like it but I think that the RW net project will not be one that Dave will want to enter back into again....sadly.
