Aerial Popular
I have an Aerial Popular with the No 11 on the back of the drum.Does anyone know what this number is for?

Re: Aerial Popular
It fills in the gap between 10 and 12.

Re: Aerial Popular
Probably just marks to match drum and backplate into a pair during manufacture. Sitting upon the bench with lots of reels about this could prevent a mismatch after a reel has been hand-fitted to its other parts while they still are being worked on.
