I've been looking for one of these for a while now to go with the almost mint one I already have. This will provide not only a spare spool, but spares if anything untoward every happens. Oh ... and the 'clam' case is a bonus !!! Lovely little reels, the K. P. Morritt's Intrepid 'Classic.' (They are about 2/3's the size of an 'Elite' or a Mitchell 300)

I have to agree AC. My very first reel bought pre loved from a school mate for ten Bob! I found an almost minter on the bay a couple of years ago for a fiver! I absolutely treasure it and recently again on the bay I got the rod I used with it, a real boys rod 9ft three piece two cane ( flame decorated) solid glass top. Tom Watson used to sell these for 33 shillings.
