Just a month to go! I will be taking a table again and will have a selection of restored reels for sale, at keen prices. I hope also to have a few samples of the very best reel grease and centrepin oil that money can buy, priced to sell, not to make me rich!

There will also be some wooden reel boxes for sale .... for tackle bag or display shelf and some ....er... humorous tench and crucian floats guaranteed to give you a 'lift bite'.....possibly.

Sadly no cake this time...I'm forbidden it. You do NOT want to upset my GP...she plays Prop Forward.

For new visitors, here's the location: click to enlarge...

And don't forget there is the old 'Chiswick' auction in Romsey now, ....on the Saturday before .... a good few enthusiasts make it a week-end away now with a hotel room, a nice pub meal and a bit of fishing nearby for the perfect week-end treat.

If you use a Sat-Nav, you may be brought in through the town, from the South...don't worry, Steve has signs throughout the town one way system and please note the Southern end of Greatbridge Road is actually called Cherville Street, so don't panic.

The Post Code is SO51 8ZB, but that only takes you to Greatbridge Road which the school has chosen deceptively as its address, turn into the cul-de-sac called Priestlands and the entrance is 20 yards on your left....see photo above....

...and 'yes'...that IS the River Test behind the school!

Hope to get there this time - see you there Nobby. I'll be sure to hide away any of Mrs GP's traditional fishing fair cake, should I be carrying any

Hooray! I've been mucked about a bit by the exporter, but I finally have Reel X oil and Reel X Soft grease in stock. I was getting worried they wouldn't arrive in time, but they finally turned up today....phew! That order was a LOT of money and they weren't even replying to my e-mails, let alone answering the 'phone......took the money from my bank last month though.........

So along with my new 'extra virgin' centrepin oil, I've got all the reel lubrication needs covered.

I've also decided to sell my entire J W Youngs collection too, so there's plenty of reels to look at.

I think that you will be going home with a wedge of money Nobby, J.W.Young reels are always popular!

That'd be nice Ted, but I always have regrets when something nice is gone...maybe I should just build a bigger outhouse....?

No, that won't do it...these reels deserve to be used..not house spiders....

Good news about the reel oil and grease Nobby. It there's any left by the time I see you I'll take one of each and some of your extra-virgin 'pin oil too. Last of the big spenders, me.

I'll alert security, Garry...you'll have a full armed escort, limo to the airport and exclusive use of the Broadlands Suite....which is actually a small grey fold out chair facing the bacon butty stand. I might spring for a carrier bag too.....

Actually I have some trés chique antennae floats here for you....oh la la!

Are you allowed bacon butties, Nobby? Thanks for the armed guard (if I'm carrying Mrs GP's cake, I will need that), but the airport limo won't be much use, as Tisbury International Airport hasn't been built yet. There are not many flat bits around here

Look forward to seeing those antennae floats.
