I cannot speak highly enough of the waters controlled by BMAA especially for disabled anglers. I contacted the secretary last week as I want to rejoin after being a member for many years and was amazed to find no waiting list, when I first joined it was 2 years minimum.

Young or Old, or would you like to take up fishing again after a break of a few years.

All are welcome

If you do not want to fish just come along and have a look at the facility and talk to club officials about what we have to offer.

NATIONAL FISHING DAY - 23rd June 2018
Burton Mutual have organised an open day for National fishing day.


The event is detailed below and is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to try (or to come back) into fishing.


We have licenced coaches and advise on local fishing - please come along.


No need to book - just turn up for a chat and some free coaching!


23rd June Trent and Mersey canal at Stretton

Location: Hillfield Playing Fields and centre, Hillfield Lane, Stretton, Staffordshire, DE13 0BL


Free 20 min fishing sessions with our Level 1 and Level 2 Coaches
