There's a hollow glass Mordex up for sale at the moment. It's described as having a "split cane effect". Novel!

I saw that. I did wonder whether he'd trodden on it to get it to split!

Sean , I have a mordex being re done at the moment. The rod is a 12ft Hollow competition split cane. It cost me £30.

Im not bothered re exactly colour of whippings etc but it will make a perfectly good small fish rod.

will post pics when its done.
