anyone have an idea on this No 3, has been abused , do they make a spare part for this ,it would be nice to get it going again ,
if not l have No 3 mark V spares !!! keeping the box ,tools .....etc

RMS .. Stamp on the reel .. ROBERT MARSHAL SCOTT (1916-1967 ) l think ! .. l can see him revolving at speed in his grave , knowing someone has done that to his reel .

I think it should ,thinking it's a stud with a circle nut that screws down into a recess in the bail arm .watch maker style !
it may have been soldered in though ,i was thinking you could ,thread it and screw in a brass screw ,from the bail arm side
but l couldn't do that myself ,not got the kit ,
