Not me, sadly! But folk do occasionally get access to one, or you could attach the program to an e-mail to a company who makes small production runs.......but mostly I put it here so it will be easily found by anyone looking for it in the future.

I printed one of these off. Works a treat, after a slight width adjustment.

Alas, probably not. It was actually an ex colleague did mine whilst at a company he now no longer works for. 'Twas an opportunist strike.
I will make enquiries, though.
