Black Cat split cane rod

Post by Rutland Rod »

Chaps,

Sorry for lack of info but does the name ‘Black Cat’ mean anything. A friend has seen one in a junk shop, I’m presuming he does not mean Black Seal but will ask him.

Tight lines Dave

I had a black cat catapult when I was a kid, I think it was made by Milbro, maybe there's the connection RR?

Many thanks RB, I reckon my mate means Black Seal and asked him to have another look and check it’s size/condition etc, he hasn’t fished for years but says it’s split cane in fine condition and only £15 !
