yours seem to have a replacement tip ,probably lancewood or greenheart ,but does have much better quality rings so was refurbished well .if its greenheart then it'll be good action .(greenheart is a funny old thing as its either good and reactive or bad and shatters) a bit too stiff because its just a little short .its a late 60's jap import rod (anon shaws ,uk agent /retailor) basic budget range rods .you might find another tip to get it back to correct length /action.

Will take it out soon for a test drive and let you know how it goes :-)
