Found in a joblot a while ago this Winfield bite detector unused in it original packaging.

I used to have one of those. I think I may still have the 'arms'.

Otherwise known as a 'butt indicator' (!) I believe and intended as an alternative to the swingtip in windy conditions (you can hide behind your brolly!). This one is a very clunky contraption though!
