ledgerdale

Post by MaggotDrowner »

I have just won one of these on eBay for £50. It was wrongly described as a fly rod. It's nine feet in length and obviously designed for ledgering.

As always I liked to learn from you guys, so does anyone have one and what can you tell me about it? Do you like it? What fish do you use it for?

It is well worth keeping an eye out for rods wrogly described on the Bay of E. I picked up my favourite mark iv when it was put up as "an old cane rod" with an awful photo. I took a chance on it and it payed off.
The coiled line travels from the reel, it brings up at last, the hook goes home, and then begins the test of skill. "BB"

Well done Jack. Also look out for centrepins wrongly labelled as fly reels; I picked up a very cheap Speedia that way.

Keep this one to yourself then Paul. :secret:

Type in a correctly spelt word in the link below and it will find all items incorrectly spelt on eBay that relate to the word you have entered. :tea:
