Looking forward to arrival of said DUCO this weekend, so I can try and recreate Maurice Pledgers lovely picture from “While my floats still cocked”... though I’ve got the “upgraded” Golden Virginia worm tin, rather than the Old Holborn

Recreating the picture .What a lovely idea.
The stumbling-block for me wouldn't be the tobacco tin ; it would be catching the tench

In order to shoot some close-ups, wildlife photographer ,the late Len Scapstillon, lured the orca to him by dressing as a seal.......

A different style to the cards accompanying his first book, many make me think of Japanese art, but I don't know why?

Thanks for the link Nobby There's certainly great artistic skill on show and I too feel an oriental vibe to some of them. That's the best depiction of an eel I can recall seeing ever. How I wish I could draw and paint!
