Beaudex J W Young & Sons

Post by Kevskyb »

Has anyone heard of or has a Beaudex model ? Looking for a reasonable reel to use on a light trotting rod & wondered if this would be a good starting point?

I know it as a fly reel but I'm not sure if they used the name for a centre pin.

It's a fly reel.I have one and use it on a regular basis on my cane fly rods.Like all Youngs reels it is 100% reliable if kept clean and well maintained
