Hi all
My apologies for the late response
Thank you for your welcome messages 😀
I will definitely take a look at the Loughborough soar angling. Do they own the fishing rights from Cossington weir?
Just been and had a walk around local stretch of the river with my young lad and couldn't believe what I seen, i saw 3 massive Chub I'm certain they was up to 5lb Mark and loads of roach mainly small but they were a couple that was at least 2lb. Well worth catching.
I'm dropping lad off and having Sunday dinner then off out to try and catch a few. Freelining with bread I think. Any suggestions?
Tight lines Ryan

The link shows the areas Loughborough Soar rent, from memory I think part of the Cossington stretch is free. Best check with Stuart at Bennetts tackle in Mountsorrel. :Hat:

A hearty welcome, Sir.
