My new Floatmaster!

Post by Jeremy Croxall »

My new Floatmaster arrived today!Image

After an anxious two weeks waiting for delivery from a non too cooperative ebay seller, I am pleased to say its in fine fettle and has hardly had any use judging by its condition. It was supplied with its original rod bag and brass ferrule stoppers which were stuck fast but following advice from Wal I managed to remove them and put the rod together for a waggle......I really like it!
7533 is inscribed on the butt, is it possible to date the rod from this no.?
Here it is after a clean and a polish:

That looks very nice especially having those ferrule stoppers :Thumb:
