HT Butterworth

I have a FT cane rod marked Butterworth and think it could be a sea rod anybody know.Thanks.

Could be the Australian rodmaker Butterworth as he made a few sea rods.

This rod was from England and is in a FT Williams Rod Bag.Will take a pic tomorrow.

Think it has to be a sea rod or a very heavy Pike one ?
