I have just aquired a hardy the expert rod , the overall condition is quite good , it has a reference number G35110 .

Does anyone have any info as to how old it is and what kind of rings etc it should have ,

The Expert was produced in 12ft & 13ft from 1955-1962 the G denotes it's a combination of materials the expert was bamboo/split bamboo combination probably rung with high bells. :Hat:

Hi,

The Expert was made from 1955-62
Hardy stopped recording serial numbers at G32559 after 1955, so your rod is around 56-58
Catalogued in chrome high bells :Hat:
