According to inthenetuk

You can add

Light caster
Isis
Little Gem
Nimord
Peerless
and
Match Special

I like the look of the Isis, but have never seen one :( (in the flesh) or for sale come to that

A bit of cross posting there GOS

I think the man with the closest to a complete list would be Pete Carmen of The Last Cast.

Some rods were just given a product code, and not a name, but the Isis, Wizard and Holdwell all appeared with the later Top Tackle, green and black label, the Isis even appearing with a fibreglass top section towards the end. It started with two green-heart ones, I seem to recall, making it a float rod and a leger rod too, but they also did a near identical Combination.

The gold labels appeared with black handwriting style lettering before going over to the more familiar red letters. Many rods had no labels even if they did have names, the only rod that I know of from the Thirties with a name on was the green spiral labelled Wallis Wizard, but there might have been more.

There's a Water Wolf I seem to recall, with a gold label and red writing.

That would be great Sean.

The most precious places in the English landscape are those secretive corners,
where you find only elder trees, nettles and dreams. (BB - Denys Watkins-Pitchford).

Good evening, again

I notice no mention of the Allcocks Feathero.

Anyone else got one out there?

Nice bit of kit - 12', three pieces, high bell s/offs.

Good through-actioned rod, gold label and all.

More anon

I've an idea that the Feathero might be Allcocks only hollow-built rod...?

Not sure if hollow-built, Nobby, going by feel of it.

Any other signs to check this?

Sounds solid when I tap it! Same feel / weight as other rods of similar length / dimensions in cane here.

Nice rod, though. Needs re-rigning this last while.
