The photographer or artist will own the rights, but I believe it is not legal to use a person's likeness for commercial purposes without their permission.

Arguably the 'B' of Brew should be lowercase.

Why do people do things like this? I've never understood the veneration of individuals who go fishing by some others who also go fishing.
