I use normal trotting tactics, with a small twist, I have a 5" dropper with an artificial nymph attached about 8" away from hook bait which is predominately maggot, The clyde fish ignored the maggot & took the nymph, the annan fish the opposite. Hooks are usually 16 with 3lbs leader attached to fireline fused crystal braid.Hermit wrote:Wonderful George - fish dreams are made of.
