Advice for a good outdoor clothing store in Manchester

So my darling little sister who has been working in Hong Kong for the past 10 years is marrying a super lad from Manchester (also working in Hong Kong). The wedding's happening on the 28th of December in Manchester and I will be flying in to the UK from sunny South Africa and literally flying out a day later after the wedding. As a sucker for good, traditional UK kit is there a shop that I should be visiting? Any suggestions will be hugely appreciated!
